Support for Advancement
Our goal is to give you tools and feedback so you can be successful. At BlumShapiro, you will have an advisor – a manager or supervisor available to provide career guidance and offer periodic feedback on your performance.
After most engagements, you will receive an evaluation by the accountant in charge, giving you valuable counsel on your performance. Then twice a year, you will receive a full review, with promotions and raises awarded annually on the basis of merit and achievement.
