Creative Financial Staffing of Connecticut (CFS) is the financial placement company affiliated with BlumShapiro. CFS provides outstanding finance and accounting staff throughout the state, from entry-level accountants to CFOs. Our services include Permanent/Executive Search, Temporary and Temp-to-Hire staffing solutions.

Founded in 1994, CFS has a network of over 45 offices and, we're growing. We are the only temporary and direct-hire staffing company to function as a fully-integrated division of some of the nation’s leading accounting firms. Our partnership with BlumShapiro, the largest regional professional CPA firm in the state, affords us a singular knowledge and understanding of financial positions and of available talent in this marketplace.
